What you’ll do:

As Head of Marketing, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing global marketing team
  • Own and drive comprehensive digital marketing strategies for ERP and SAP markets
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns across SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, Google Ads, YouTube, and content marketing
  • Build a global content strategy aligned with industry trends and brand positioning
  • Ensure consistent and strong brand identity across international markets
  • Apply data-driven decision-making to analyze and optimize campaign performance
  • Drive thought leadership via webinars, whitepapers, and case studies
  • Execute and refine ABM strategies targeting high-value enterprise clients
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to support business growth
  • Monitor trends and innovations to keep marketing strategy ahead of the curve

Who You Are:

  • A proven marketing leader with deep experience in digital strategy, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social media
  • Experienced in the IT domain, with a strong focus on ERP and SAP solutions
  • Skilled at managing global marketing teams across geographies
  • A strong communicator and content strategist with a global outlook
  • Data-savvy and performance-driven with a focus on ROI
  • Proficient in marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
  • Innovative, agile, and comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Qualifications:

  • 10–15 years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in a global leadership role
  • Proven track record in ERP/SAP or IT marketing strategy across multiple regions
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Certifications in Google Ads, SEO, HubSpot, or SAP-related marketing tools (preferred)
