Role Summary
The CMO will elevate Acuiti Labs from a specialist SAP Q2C/BRIM implementation partner into a widely recognized thought leader that CXOs seek out for Q2C strategy, monetization advisory, and business consulting not implementation alone. This means building brand visibility well beyond the SAP partner ecosystem and translating deep technical expertise into a compelling executive-level brand and go-to-market story for CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, and revenue leaders. This role owns demand generation for a high-value, long-sales-cycle enterprise consulting business, and will position Acuiti Labs distinctly against both large systems integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini) and boutique SAP partners. The CMO will report to the CEO, and lead the marketing function from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy – Define and execute an enterprise B2B marketing strategy that builds Acuiti Labs' authority across the SAP Q2C ecosystem and its BRIM specialization
SAP Partner Ecosystem – Develop joint marketing programs with SAP, including co-branded campaigns, partner directory presence, and SAP event participation
Thought Leadership & Content – Build a content and thought-leadership engine, whitepapers, case studies, benchmark reports, executive roundtables, and a CXO advisory council that positions Acuiti Labs as a strategic advisor, not just an implementation partner
Demand Generation & ABM – Design and run account-based marketing (ABM) programs aligned to enterprise sales cycles and target account lists
Brand & Positioning – Elevate brand visibility beyond the SAP partner ecosystem so CXOs recognize Acuiti Labs by name for Q2C strategy and monetization advisory, differentiating from larger SIs and smaller boutique competitors
Executive & Analyst Engagement – Design and run C-suite engagement programs- executive roundtables, advisory boards, and analyst relations that build direct relationships with CXOs and establish company leadership as go-to voices in Q2C strategyEvents & Field Marketing – Own strategy and presence at SAP Sapphire and other industry events, including speaking opportunities and sponsorships
Analytics & Reporting – Establish marketing KPIs, pipeline attribution, and ROI reporting tied to revenue outcomes
Team & Budget Leadership – Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team, and own the marketing budget
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in B2B or enterprise technology marketing, with senior leadership experience in the SAP ecosystem, IT consulting, or enterprise software
- Proven track record marketing complex technical services to CFOs, CIOs, and revenue/finance leaders
- Demonstrated success elevating a technical or implementation-focused brand into a recognized strategy and advisory voice at the C-suite level
- Deep expertise in ABM, demand generation, and pipeline marketing for long, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
- Experience building and scaling a marketing function, including hiring, budget ownership, and cross-functional leadership with sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct familiarity with SAP BRIM, Quote-to-Cash, subscription/usage-based billing, or adjacent domains such as CPQ and monetization platforms
- Experience running executive/CXO engagement programs, analyst relations, or industry award and ranking submissions
- Prior experience marketing a professional services firm or systems integrator
